GEOTECH Holding has developed and implemented a business processes automation system and electronic document management without outsourcing, using a readily available network and server infrastructure of the company. The program developers have created an integrated center of storage, processing, and management of more than 50 types of internal documents of the holding group. With the assistance of the new system, 800 employees of Geotech Holding now have the opportunity to regulate the business processes of approvals, processing, and execution of internal documents; to automate the company's document flow in terms of performance of internal business processes; to monitor issuance of organizational & administrative documentation; to automate the audit of the production divisions in terms of compliance with EHS norms and regulations; and to monitor implementation of EHS measures in the production divisions of the company.
Mr. Evgeniy Pankratov, the project manager and Head of of ERP department, stressed that "the uniqueness of the system is that both the standard procedure of the company document flow (legal, financial, and HR components), and procedures aimed at ensuring production documentation of logistics, occupational safety, and production departments have been implemented. Furthermore, the users can work seamlessly not only with their PCs, but with iOS based mobile devices as well". The system was implemented as an integrated database for all of the Company's divisions with the capability of remote access.
As a result of the system’s implementation, Geotech Holding now has a common information space that allows the company to implement end-to-end business processes involving many remote users. The speed of the internal documents processing has increased manifold.
