GEOTECH marine crew completed the operational season

Between June and October 2020, the seismic crew No.52 of the Production Department in Astrakhan has undertaken seismic works in the transit zone of the Caspian Sea at the license areas of LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft LLC.

In the 2019-2020 seismic survey season, the seismic crew No.52 undertook 3D works (519 km2) on South Latitude and 2D works (160 km2) on Zhemchuzhnaya and Sklonovaya.

This seismic survey season was challenging for the crew. It was important not only to complete all the work on time but also to comply with the anti-coronavirus measures. It is important to note that the seismic crew was the first in the GEOTECH to launch fieldwork with 100% pre-season coastal quarantine of personnel and did not allow a single case of infection during the entire field season.
