Use of vibroseismic survey method for recording high-density seismic data:
- high productivity in the amount of more than 2,500 physical observations per day
- the number of traces per km2 of survey amounted to more than 3,700,000 units
- use of 40,000 active channels to obtain the most clear and detailed data with minimal distortion.
- data segmentation and detailed analysis aimed at refining the structural plans of the study area.
Use of UniQ technology at the facility allowed for accurate identify the boundaries of different geological layers and their thickness. The high resolution of high-density broadband seismic surveys provided detailed fault locations, which was important for risk assessment and drilling planning. Identification of low-amplitude faults and small geological features both in plan and in section contributed to a more accurate understanding of the subsurface geology.
