Merger of IG Seismic Services.
A merger between IG Seismic Services, previously including seismic assets of Integra and Schlumberger in Russia and the CIS, and «GEOTEK Holding».
As a result, the following enterprises joined the holding: OJSC «Tyumenneftegeofizika», OJSC «Yamalgeophysics», CJSC «Tomsk Geophysical Trust», LLC «GeoPrime», JSC «Azimut Energy Services».

Expansion in Western and Eastern Siberia.
The holding expanded into Western and Eastern Siberia by including OJSC «Khantymansiyskgeophysics», LLC «Boguchansk Geophysical Expedition», LLC «Ilimpeysk Geophysical Expedition», and in southern Russia — LLC «Orenburggeophysics».
