Geotech Seismic Services PJSC
PJSC Geotech Seismic Services is the largest geophysical company affiliated with GEOTECH Holding. With about 30 field crews, it provides a wide range of field geophysical services through seismic surveys involving application of modern telemetry stations, global positioning systems, and explosive, vibration, electromagnetic and high pressure pulse seismic sources.
PJSC Geotech Seismic Services always stays on the cutting edge of technology, maintaining an excellent performance in health, safety and the environment. The Company's expertise includes helicopter-supported field operations, high performance projects with the application of vibration sources and transition zone seismic surveys.
At the present moment PJSC Geotech Seismic Services includes the following companies:
- Tomsk Geophysical Trust CJSC
- Tyumenneftegeophysics OJSC
- Yamalgeophysics OJSC
- Astrakhan Operations Branch
- Usinsk Operations Branch
PJSC Geotech Seismic Services enjoys a reliable reputation among oil and gas companies. Our customers are leading industry players, such as Shell, Eni, KNOC, Lukoil, Rosneft, TNK-BP, Gazprom, Gazprom Neft and RussNeft.
The Company was formed in 2008 through a merger of Tyumenneftegeophysics, Yamalgeophysics and Tomsk Geophysical Trust; with all the companies having a vast experience in the industry.
Tyumenneftegeophysics OJSC was established in 1964 as part of Tyumenneftegaz. Throughout its existence, it has discovered a total of 69 oil fields and 155 deposits based on prospect surveys. Seismic surveys were conducted in the Khanty-Mansi and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Areas, the southern part of the Tyumen Region (Uvat and Tobolsk Districts), the Irkutsk and Orenburg regions, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as in India, Kalmykia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Mauritania.
Yamalgeophysics OJSC was established in 1967 and since then has prospected for exploration drilling in over 630 oil and gas bearing structures covering a total area of 110 thousand sq km, where over 146 gas, condensate and oil fields were subsequently discovered with geological gas reserves of over 20 trillion cu m and oil reserves of 4 billion tonnes.
Tomsk Geophysical Trust CJSC has operated in the seismic industry since 1948, surveying for new oil and gas deposits and assessing development prospects of known deposits in the Tomsk Region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It has a long track record of successful government projects and is a leading seismic services company in the region.
In 2010, following a merger of Schlumberger's and Integra's seismic assets in Russia, Integra Geophysics acquired the geophysical assets of PetroAlliance (a Schlumberger Group company). They included its Caspian Branch (now Astrakhan Operations Branch of Integra Geophysics) and Usinsk Branch (now Usinsk Operations Branch of Integra Geophysics). Combined operation facilities are currently represented by seismic assets for land and transition zone data acquisitions.
Today Integra Geophysics is a major geophysical company operated by GEOTECH Holding, and a Russian industry leader in seismic projects thanks to its staff expertise, modern equipment and technology.
PJSC «Geotech Seismic Services» has a successful track record of operations in different climatic and geological environments in Russia, the CIS, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The Company has sufficient capacity for cutting-edge seismic surveys both on a national and international scale.
