Social responsibility of an enterprise (Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR) is built from various elements, including:

1. Economic responsibility: this includes creating jobs, providing stable wages, paying taxes, developing the economy, and investing in local communities.
2. Environmental responsibility: the company must consider the impact of its activities on the environment, minimize waste, efficiently use resources, and seek ways to reduce emissions and minimize negative impact on ecosystems.
3. Social responsibility: this includes caring for employee well-being, creating safe and healthy working conditions, supporting local communities, participating in charitable programs, and other measures aimed at improving people’s lives.
4. Corporate governance: an important aspect of CSR is fair and ethical corporate governance, including transparency, accountability to stakeholders, and compliance with laws and regulations.
5. Stakeholder engagement: the company must communicate with stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and society at large) to understand and consider their expectations and needs.

Overall, corporate social responsibility is built from a set of activities aimed at considering the interests of all stakeholders and minimizing the negative impact on the environment and society.

Employee Development

Achieving stability in social-labor relations in the Company is based on strict compliance with the requirements of current social-labor legislation, collective bargaining regulation, and the development and adoption of internal regulatory acts.

The Company implements a set of social programs, within which employees are provided with additional benefits compared to the legislation, such as training, health and safety improvements, corporate accident insurance, and voluntary medical insurance, which reflect the company’s social responsibility and take employees’ interests into account.

The Company also provides financial support to former employees who have retired.

Economics: job creation, local business development, eco-friendly energy supply, supporting fair competition, and ensuring free trade.

Healthy lifestyle: supporting mass sports, funding sports initiatives (volleyball).

Environmental Protection

Environmental protection issues are especially important as the divisions of «GEOTEK» perform work in various natural and climatic conditions, some of which are located in specially protected natural areas. Understanding the responsibility for preserving the environment for future generations, we aim to carry out work with a «zero effect» of negative environmental impact.
