Tyumen geophysical engineers getting ready to the exploration at the Arctic Polar Circle

In the field season 2016-2017 “Geotech Seismic services” PJSC plans to acquire 2000 km2 of 3D and 2300 lkm of 2D in the Arctic Polar circle ( the Yamal peninsular, Western Siberia, Russia)

The seismic survey projects ordered by such honored Russian oil and gas companies as “Rosneft”, “Gazprom” and “NOVATEK” will take place at the Belichy, Zapadno-Chatylkinsky, Karkasny, Samburgsky, Minhovsky and Vostochno-Tolkinsky gas fields.

To this date the mobilization of seismic crews, equipment adjustment and audit have started. Due to the complicated logistics over 30 tow boats loaded with equipment, spare parts and machinery shall reach the area under survey before the navigation season ends.

Such elaborate preparations, being a part of corporate culture in the company, enables to start the seismic survey in time and complete them as scheduled and with due quality.

All operations in “Geotech Seismic services” PJSC are executed at high international HSE standards, therefore the projects are completed without incidents and damage to nature.
