President Vladimir Tolkachev has visited the company’s technical center in Tyumen

On September 15, Vladimir Tolkachev, President of PJSC “GEOTECH Seismic Services”, and the company's executive management visited the technical center in Tyumen. The delegation also visited the premises where the new plant for development and production of the special geophysical equipment, including the production of impulsive sources and the telemetry “OTKRITIE” and the development of the seismic drilling rig, will be set up.

The technical center was opened in 2015 and consists of two sections: the electronics section and the field equipment testing and repair section. The key tasks of the center's employees are timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of geophysical equipment and its technical support at work sites. If necessary, qualified employees of the center can promptly go to the exploration target to do repair works.
Today, the GEOTECH technical center has more than 30 employees. All of them are equipped with modern and high-precision equipment.
Importantly, in 2019 the technical center was successfully audited by Sercel (France), receiving a high rating. A year later, the center's employees were trained at the representative office of a French company, receiving the certificate "Enterprise that uses high technical standards for the repair of geophysical equipment".
Today, the technical center carries out high-quality repairs of more than 70 % of all geophysical equipment owned by the company.
The center plans to increase the number of workers and re-equip them with modern power tools in order to improve the employees’ efficiency and quality of geophysical equipment repairs.
